I want you to be THRILLED with your artwork and ensure that it brings you joy
for years to come!
There no refunds or returns for change of mind. I do want you to love your artwork forever, so if you have a change of heart and have had the artwork for less than 1 week, we can make a direct exchange for another available work of equal value (buyer is responsible for all added shipping charges).
Please note I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to the sender.
Prints are very delicate -one could say extremely-, and most cannot be re-sold upon return. My business is small and I do not offer print returns at this time so please be mindful of this when choosing the perfect artwork for your home! If there is an issue with your order, please visit our contact page here and we can find a solution together.
If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel and contact me within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered.
